In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across residential spaces.Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will ensure each home is a welcoming, hygienic environment.This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service, foster positive relationships with clients, and take pride in transforming living spaces into pristine retreats.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and utility spaces.Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring proper disposal of waste.Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns.Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards.Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety regulations related to cleaning environments.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.Ability to perform various cleaning tasks including floor care, carpet cleaning, laundry, and general housekeeping duties.Experience in commercial or hotel housekeeping management is a plus for understanding high-volume or luxury service standards.Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, buffers, and disinfectants.Basic cooking skills are advantageous for assisting with light meal prep or kitchen tidying when needed.Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable homes!
