Pay: $20–$21/hr | $700–$900/week for top-performing A employees after training (~6 months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time Perks: Paid drive time | Mileage reimbursement | Benefits package (see below) Location: Denver Metro Area This position is great for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with interest in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service work. No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide full training. What You'll Be Doing Performing detailed residential cleanings in client homes Following a clear cleaning system and checklist Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Ensuring every home meets Castle Fresh quality standards Working independently or with a team depending on the job Responsibilities Complete high-quality home cleaning services Follow structured cleaning procedures and checklists Maintain consistency and attention to detail Communicate respectfully with customers and team members Respect client homes, belongings, and privacy Ensure jobs are completed thoroughly before leaving What We're Looking For We're not looking for perfection—we're looking for the right people.
