House Cleaner + Make Ready Helper (W-2, Full-Time) Company: Make Ready Repairs LLC Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, TX — On the Road (traveling between properties, office, and job sites) Job Type: Full-time, W-2 (Mon–Fri, ~40 hrs, 9:00 AM start) Pay: Based on experience — discussed during phone screen About Us Make Ready Repairs LLC is a Texas-based maintenance and repair company serving managed properties and homeowners across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our crews handle turnovers, repairs, and make-ready work that gets homes ready for the next family — fast, clean, and done right the first time. About the Role We are hiring a full-time House Cleaner to handle the cleaning side of our make-ready work — turn cleans, deep cleans, walls, windows, and our office. This is a W-2 position (taxes withheld, steady paycheck, paid holidays — not a 1099 gig). Cleaning is your primary job. On days when the cleaning load is light, you will help our make-ready crew with paint prep, blue-tape walkthroughs, trash-out, yard cleanup, and small tasks like changing air filters and light bulbs. Over time, motivated team members grow into broader make-ready helper work and small painting jobs — your pay grows with your skills. You will move from house to house across the DFW area. You will be on your feet, lifting, bending, and climbing ladders. Some work is indoors with AC; some is outdoors in Texas heat. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in clean work, and is happy to help the broader team when the cleaning is done. What You Will DoCleaning (your main job) Turn cleans and deep cleans of homes between tenants — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, fixtures Wall washing — clean walls, wipe trim, scrub scuffs and marks Window cleaning — interior and reachable exterior windows Office cleaning — keep our office and break areas clean and organized Trash-out — clear out abandoned items and debris from properties before cleaning begins Make Ready Helper (when cleaning workload allows) Paint prep — wipe down trim, mask edges, prep surfaces so painters can start fast Blue-tape walkthroughs — walk finished homes and tape any paint, caulk, or trim defects so they get fixed before the client sees them Yard cleanup — pick up trash, debris, and clutter from front and back yards Light maintenance — change air filters, replace light bulbs, small touch-ups Helper to other trades — assist painters, plumbers, and the make-ready crew with light tasks (no digging, no heavy framing) Light painting over time as you grow into the role Keep job sites clean and organized Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must be able to perform physical labor — standing all day, bending, lifting up to 40–50 pounds, climbing ladders, working indoors and outdoors Must be reliable and show up on time every day Must follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Must pass a pre-employment drug screen — drug-free workplace Must be authorized to work in the United States House cleaning experience preferred (residential or commercial) Willing to help with paint prep, trash-out, light maintenance, and small helper tasks when cleaning is done This Job Is Not For You If You are not reliable or show up late You avoid physical work You do not follow instructions You only want to clean and refuse to help with anything else when the cleaning is done Compensation & Growth Pay based on experience — we will discuss your pay expectation during the phone screen W-2 employment — taxes withheld, steady paycheck, year-round work (not 1099) Strong cleaners who pick up paint prep, light maintenance, and helper skills earn more responsibility and higher pay over time Advancement opportunities for reliable workers Benefits 6 paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) On-the-job training in paint prep, light maintenance, and helper trades Cleaning supplies and tools provided (bring
