We are one of the fastest growing, family owned and operated cleaning company based out of Phoenix, AZ and service clients all over the valley within 50 miles of Phoenix (including all major cities).Our business prides itself on our work quality, integrity, mutual respect, and good communication.We are seeking professional, motivated, 5 STAR quality cleaning crews or solo cleaners to partner with and build out our team.Opportunity:Currently seeking already established and experienced cleaners and/or small cleaning companies to operate as sub-contractors (1099) for us.Requirements:Must be able to provide General Liability certificate of insurance for Business (we will help you set this up if you don't have it) Must have reliable transportation to and from job site Must provide your own cleaning equipment and chemicals (list will be provided) Able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to follow a checklist for cleaning that will be provided Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Being punctual and communicate well Responsibilities:Perform high quality cleaning according to standard requirements Actively monitor and respond to job requests daily Keep your schedule/availability updated Experience:Be reliable and accountable for the quality of your work Must have at least 1 year of residential cleaning experience and familiar with different types of cleaning (standard, deep, move-in, move-out etc.).Checklist for items included in each cleaning cleaning type will be provided.Ability to work independently and follow instructions Good communication skills Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Good time management skills to prioritize cleaning duties Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (less than 35 pounds) if necessary Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay:$28.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Application Question(s):Do you have your own reliable transportation to get to and from cleans?
