Job Description:Residential Cleaner Position Overview:No experience necessary, we offer paid training, teaching you our proven system! You have the flexibility to set your own hours and choose the jobs that best fit your schedule.(Need to be finished by 2pm to pick your kid up from school? No problem!) Ideal availability:20-40 hours per week Responsibilities:Perform thorough cleaning tasks in accordance with the specific needs and preferences of our clients, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the home.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.Scrub and disinfect kitchens, including appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet exteriors.Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, and light fixtures.Vacuum carpets and rugs, ensuring all dirt and debris are removed.Sweep and mop hard floors, such as tile, hardwood, and laminate.Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and preferences, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work, representing Paragon Maids LLC positively at all times.Requirements:Ability to pass a background check.Must be authorized to work in the USA.Reliable transportation:You must have your own vehicle to travel to and from clients' homes.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.Compensation:Flat rate commission per job, estimated $20per hour based on job complexity and time to completion.Depending on your availability, expected earnings range from $500 to $800 per week Thank you for considering Paragon Maids LLC for your next career opportunity!
