Professional House Cleaner (1099 Contractor) We're hiring dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professional who take pride in their work.You'll clean Residential homes (Standard Cleaning, Move in/out and Deep Cleaning) Office spaces and other commercial Facilities.Following checklists and using the right products for different surfaces. Position Details: 1099 contractor role (not an employee position) Must have your own professional cleaning supplies & equipment (vacuum, mop, solutions, etc.) Reliable car required to travel to client homes Flexible schedule Key Responsibilities: Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces thoroughly Use proper techniques and products for surfaces (hardwood, tile, laminate, etc.) Follow customized client checklists and instructions Report damages or unusual situations immediately Communicate clearly with clients and office team Requirements: At least 3-5 years of professional cleaning experience Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques (bathroom buildup, floor care, etc.) Own all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Smartphone with GPS, text, and call capabilities Punctual, trustworthy, and respectful in client homes Ability to pass a background check Eligible to work in the U.S. What We Offer: Consistent jobs if you prove to be reliable.
