Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a House Supervisor RN to provide frontline nursing leadership in our mission-driven, faith-based clinic. The House Supervisor RN oversees daily clinical operations, coordinates patient flow, and supports nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality, whole-person care for underserved patients. Responsibilities include supervising RNs and support staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, managing emergencies, and reinforcing quality, safety, and infection-control standards. This role models compassionate, culturally responsive care and champions health equity in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
