OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold quality standards in service delivery.Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest needs and concerns promptly and courteously.Follow established safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory.Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry is a plus.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving processes.Join us in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all!
