Housekeeper

Beach Street Inn & Suites is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.Your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence will help uphold the high standards our guests expect.Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and laundry rooms Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless Follow established safety and cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties Experience Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality environments is a plus Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Join us at Beach Street Inn where your dedication helps create memorable stays for our guests!
