OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Duties- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Handle floor care responsibilities such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by providing excellent service to guests. Participate in special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned.Qualifications- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
