Summary Join our dedicated team as a Housekeeper at The Lodge memory care.In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our senior residents. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing to uphold safety standards. Manage janitorial supplies and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment. Follow health and safety protocols consistently. Collaborate with team members to meet cleanliness standards. Assist in special cleaning projects as needed. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
