Position requirements: Must be available from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM most days of the week and MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.Weekends are our busiest time and an absolute necessity to be available to work, especially Sundays. RELIABLE.We are looking for someone who shows up on time to their scheduled shift and communicates well. Must be able to work some holidays Must have a driver's license, reliable PERSONAL vehicle, and car insurance (you are sometimes expected to drive between our warehouse and the homes, so there is no way around this) Have a smartphone and communicate through our apps Great attention to detail & previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required In this position you will: Create a welcoming environment for our owners and guests by ensuring the homes are clean and cared for Perform interior housekeeping duties which include but are not limited to:Cleaning all surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, changing and washing linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, dishes, and mopping Move all portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind as needed Collect and remove trash and debris Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned on a monthly, quarterly, and as-needed basis Replenish consumable items such as soaps, paper products etc as needed and report low stocked items to home concierge Arrange all furniture, bedding, pillows, and accessories according to design boards Ensure the home smells and looks good Identify and note any damages and report to Home Managers/Cleaning Manager Travel to different home locations throughout the St.George area Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings Upkeep the 5-star EmberStays standard Compensation: Base Pay:$15 to $18per hour depending on experience BONUS:Yes, you read that correctly, we pay BONUSES to ALL cleaners based on performance and guest and owner feedback!
