Housekeeper

Housekeeper Status:Full-time, hourly Location:San Antonio, Tx Schedule:Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm (available to work on weekends if needed) Position Summary We are looking for a dependable Housekeeper to assist with cleaning, laundry services, and maintenance of a private residence.The Housekeeper is responsible for general housekeeping duties in addition to other related tasks, as assigned.Key Responsibilities Responsible for laundry management, including washing, drying, folding, ironing and sorting linen Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning carpets and rugs Dust and polish furniture and fixtures Sweep and mop hard floors Restock toiletry supplies, clean linens, and other supplies Maintain clean and sanitary bathrooms Tidy up rooms Keep indoor/outdoor facilities and common areas clean and maintained Clean mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies, ordering more as needed Collect and remove trash and debris Report any necessary repairs or replacements Collaborate with team of housekeepers and other household staff members Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests Other related duties, as assigned.Minimum Qualifications Must have 2years of proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role High school diploma or GED Certificate, required Requires attention to detail and time management skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Ability to work independently and follow instructions Demonstrated ability to effectively interact & collaborate in a team-based environment High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and proper use of cleaning agents Must be able to speak English effectively Must pass a criminal background check Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and turning What We Offer The compensation will be determined based upon the successful candidate's education, skills, experience, and potential for contribution.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match.Company sponsored Life Insurance, as well as Short and long-term disability insurance.Paid time off..
