Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper/Front Desk Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for guests and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facility. This versatile role combines the essential duties of maintaining pristine cleanliness with providing exceptional front desk service, making every guest interaction positive and memorable. Your proactive approach will help uphold our standards of hospitality, safety, and comfort, contributing directly to an outstanding guest experience. This is a year-round PART-TIME position at a small boutique resort. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floors through vacuuming, swiffering, mopping to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, checking in and out, handling reservations, and responding promptly to inquiries Assist with janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly for resolution Support hospitality efforts by providing friendly service, answering questions, and ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable Uphold health and safety protocols to maintain a clean, secure environment for staff and guests alike Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor at the front desk Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in housekeeping is a plus, but not required Ability to accept feedback and direction Must be reliable, responsible, and teachable.
