Full-Time Housekeeper -- Weston, MASchedule:Monday-Friday, 12:00-8:00 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed)Compensation:$33-$38/hourChildren:Family of fourHome Size:7,000sq ftLive-Out Position Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation (housekeeper chooses 1 week) 5 paid sick days Paid major federal holidays About the Family A warm, respectful family of four in Weston, MA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time housekeeper/family assistant to support the care and maintenance of their beautiful 7,000sq ft home.The household is calm, organized, and values cleanliness, reliability, and clear communication.There are no pets, and the family uses primarily non-toxic, clean household products.They are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the rhythm of a well-run home, and can consistently uphold high standards--especially when it comes to laundry care, which is a particular priority for the family.A candidate who is proactive, trustworthy, and able to work independently will thrive in this role.Ideal Candidate The ideal housekeeper is honest, hardworking, and highly organized with a strong sense of initiative.This role is perfect for someone who is committed to long-term employment.Strong references and previous experience in private homes are essential.The candidate must also be comfortable assisting with afternoon/evening family support, including transporting children to and from activities.Primary Responsibilities Daily laundry for the full family Full-home cleaning:vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining overall tidiness Changing bed linens and making beds Deep cleaning of the kitchen and appliances Organizing closets, pantries, and other household spaces Maintaining a consistent level of cleanliness and order throughout the home Driving children to and from after-school activities and providing light family assistant support as needed Qualifications 2years of professional housekeeping experience in a private residence Excellent, verifiable references Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Honest, discreet, kind, and dependable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Self-motivated and efficient with strong time-management skills This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated housekeeper seeking a long-term role with a respectful, communicative family in a well-maintained home.If you are thorough, trustworthy, and committed to excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
