The Windsor Boutique Hotel is a small, independently owned luxury hotel in downtown Asheville with just 14 spacious suites.Because we're a small team, every person here plays an important role, and we really value people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive, easygoing environment.We're looking for a full-time housekeeper who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes satisfaction in creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests.Schedule:Full time, 5 shifts per week Start time is typically 10:00 AM Weekend and holiday availability is required (that's when we're busiest) What This Role Looks Like A typical day includes:Cleaning and resetting suites after checkout Refreshing stayover rooms Keeping hallways, lobby areas, and shared spaces neat Noticing small details that make a big difference for guests Working through a daily checklist and staying organized Letting us know if something needs maintenance or extra attention Our suites are apartment-style with kitchens and living areas, so attention to detail really matters here.What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and team mindset Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, but not required, we're happy to train the right person Physical Requirements Frequent bending, standing, and lifting Must be able to lift 25-35 lbs during a shift Benefits & Perks Paid time off Free downtown parking (based on availability) Complimentary employee stays (based on occupancy) A small, friendly team and a respectful work environment Work Location:In person, Downtown Asheville To Apply:Please submit your resume through Indeed.We're hoping to fill this position soon and would love to meet you.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $18.00 per hour Expected hours:30 - 40 per week Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Work Location:In person.
