Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic space for guests or residents.This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding the reputation of our facility by providing exceptional custodial care.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests or residents Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to ensure a healthy environment Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and custodial work Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required by management Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods preferred Experience in hospitality or housecleaning management is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and reliability Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality when necessary Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 - $18.75 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
