We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or hospitality environments are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the property Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms by cleaning appliances, fixtures, surfaces, and floors Handle laundry Ensure all floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing techniques Restock supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure availability at all times Follow established sanitation protocols to uphold health standards and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Manage custodial equipment maintenance and report any repairs needed for cleaning tools or appliances Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Good communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use Join us if you’re passionate about creating clean, comfortable spaces where people feel at home!
