Job description Housekeeper Wylder Tilghman Island sits on a beautiful 9.5-acre property in the heart of Tilghman Island, with 50 hotel rooms, pool, sauna, lawn games & fire pits.With each operating seasonally, we have multiple restaurant & bar spaces that are used in a variety of ways.Every position is key to creating the experience we want our guests to have.Ideal candidates would be enthusiastic, hardworking, friendly, positive, team oriented and able to multitask.We function as a team at all times and are always looking for ways to make the guest's experience better.Servers & Server Assistants are all responsible for the guest's experience.Wylder Hotel Tilghman Island is the home of Tickler's Crab Shack specializes in relaxed waterfront dining, wedding weekends, corporate events, social gatherings & other events.As one of the few waterfront crab decks left in the area, we pride ourselves on our brand, food, atmosphere & ability to uphold the long-standing Eastern Shore traditions of family, food & fun in a laid-back environment.While also providing first class service & dining experiences.Required Skills Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, handling guest complaints and difficult situations calmly and efficiently.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and multitasking as needed.Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all guest interactions, room and property presentation.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and maintain a well-organized housekeeping room.Flexibility in working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Professional appearance and demeanor, with a friendly and welcoming attitude.Schedule:Weekends & Holidays required Flexible schedule Full-time/Part-time/Seasonal Starting at $20 per hour Hiring for a busy Spring-Fall Season.Required to work weekends & Holidays.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Background check required.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:From $20 per hour Ability to Commute:Tilghman, MD 21671 (Required) Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:From $20.00 per hour Shift:8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Ability to Commute:Tilghman, MD 21671 (Required) Work Location:In person.
