Location: Tribeca, NYC Hours: 1 to 2 days per week, flexible scheduling, typically 5 to 6 hours per visit Start Date: As soon as possible Compensation: $35 to $45/hour, depending on experience About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Household Assistant to keep a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Tribeca apartment clean, organized, and running smoothly. You will report to the principal’s Executive Personal Assistant and may interface with the principal when they are home. Core Responsibilities: Clean and maintain the apartment, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, sanitizing high-touch areas, and cleaning kitchen and bathroom areas Deep clean bathroom and shower areas as needed Take out trash and recycling and replace liners Change bed sheets once per week Handle laundry and dry cleaning as needed Open and neatly store incoming packages, including Amazon and other deliveries Check fridge and pantry and notify the EPA when food items are running low Stock groceries once delivered Monitor and notify the EPA when household items are running low, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sponges, dish pods, trash bags, etc. Lightly reorganize closets, drawers, counters, or household areas as needed Travel Prep & Apartment Close-Down, Occasionally: Assist with light packing, such as folding or laying out specific items and pre-packing suitcases for travel Close down the apartment before travel, including emptying the fridge, taking out trash, and ensuring the home is left clean and secure Ideal Candidate: Prior housekeeping and household management experience Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Extremely detail-oriented and able to notice the small things Comfortable communicating in English via text or WhatsApp for quick updates Flexible with scheduling and willing to align cleanings with travel days Available on weekdays, as weekend scheduling is generally avoided Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
