OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents.This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and an understanding of housekeeping standards in hospitality settings.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards.Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and stored.Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to implement efficient cleaning schedules and protocols.Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies.Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.Occasional help at our sister property Afton Mountain Vineyards, Mileage paid and only 15 minutes away.Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred, especially in a hotel or hospitality environment.Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and the use of industrial cleaning equipment.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Join us in creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that enhances the experience for all who enter our facilities!
