Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to keep them looking their best Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and window washing to enhance overall cleanliness Follow proper sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of germs and maintain health standards Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including waxing, polishing, and deep cleaning methods Familiarity with laundry procedures and stain removal techniques Hands-on experience with carpet cleaning equipment and methods is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is beneficial but not required Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments where people feel cared for!
