Job Overview (WEEKENDS/Some Weekdays. 2pm-9pm) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to a welcoming environment for our residents. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all linens and towels are laundered, folded, and stocked appropriately. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while performing all cleaning tasks. Respond promptly to resident requests for additional services or supplies. Assist with floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and buffing as needed. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. Skills Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with floor care practices and equipment is advantageous.
