Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team.As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in our hotel, as well as ensuring that all laundry is properly cleaned and laundered.Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas- Make beds and change linens- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors- Dust furniture and fixtures- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms- Empty trash containers- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and towels- Sort, organize, and distribute clean laundry to the appropriate areas- Ensure that all laundry is properly labeled and stored Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred- Knowledge of dry cleaning techniques is a plus- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent time management skills- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads if required Please note that all positions at our hotel are paid positions.We offer competitive compensation and additional benefits to eligible employees.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$14.25 - $14.50 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
