Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces using established protocols to ensure hygiene and presentation standards are met Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and clothing items efficiently and accurately Handle dry cleaning tasks when necessary, ensuring delicate fabrics are treated with care and expertise Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to maintain operational readiness Maintain cleanliness of laundry facilities and storage areas by adhering to safety and sanitation standards Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning routines to the appropriate department promptly Follow health and safety guidelines consistently to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests alike Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred, especially within hotel or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of cleaning agents and equipment Familiarity with dry cleaning processes is a plus Ability to operate laundry machines efficiently and handle delicate fabrics with care Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards cleanliness and organization Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting linens or standing for extended periods Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
