Job SummaryJoin our dynamic hospitality team in Housekeeping/Office, where your energy and attention to detail will create welcoming, spotless environments for our guests.In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.Your proactive approach will ensure every guest experiences a comfortable and pristine stay, reflecting our commitment to excellence in hospitality.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in cleaning, custodial management, and hospitality service.You will also occasionally answer phones/ work in the camp store no more than two days a week.There you will answer phones, take messages, check in/out guests, and working the POS in the camp store.Please apply at the following link, https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSebPjEU22VWmkIHQsRLKr8ftiWN02Wft46k3Yy57HIfa15ezQ/viewform , or go under our website at Papa Chubby's RV Resort, and click under employment to apply.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, dishes, cleaning bathrooms, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as laundry facility, showerhouses, and recreational spaces with meticulous attention to detail.Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of appearance and safety.Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction.Support management by assisting with inventory control and adhering to schedules for maximum efficiency.Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality settings or similar environments such as hotels or industrial facilities.Be flexible with your schedule, weekends are a REQUIREMENT Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment operation.Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable for understanding guest service standards.Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.You will have to climb up a ladder to clean lofts in cabins, and be able to stoop and bend.Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and custodial management practices is a plus.Commitment to providing exceptional service while following health and safety regulations diligently.Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into inviting retreats!
