OverviewRole Overview We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized individual to maintain the cleanliness, order, and logistical flow of our property.This role goes beyond standard cleaning; it requires someone with an eye for order who can manage the contents of multiple buildings and ensure the estate is always fully stocked and functional.Key Responsibilities 1.Cleaning & Maintenance Perform deep and maintenance cleaning of all residential houses and outbuildings on the property.Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and high-touch areas meet premium standards.Manage laundry, linens, and specialized floor care as needed.2.Organization & Content Management Maintain organizational systems for closets, pantries, storage rooms, and common areas.Ensure the contents of all buildings (furniture, decor, kitchenware) are handled with care and kept in their proper locations.3.Inventory & Supply Logistics Conduct weekly audits of cleaning supplies, toiletries, pantry staples, and household essentials.Create and submit detailed Restock Lists to management for approval.Unpack and organize new shipments immediately upon arrival to maintain a fully stocked status at all times.Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles with a strong focus on sanitation and hygiene practices Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Knowledge of laundry operations including stain removal, folding techniques, and fabric care Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and positive communication skills Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or custodial experience enhances service quality Competence in organizing spaces efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks Job Type:Part-time Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours:15 - 20 per week Benefits:Health savings account Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid training Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Housekeeping management:2 years (Preferred) Language:English (Preferred) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute:Fredericksburg, TX 78624 (Required) Work Location:In person.
