At Beztak, we love what we do, and it shows.Our team of caring professionals work together to make our senior residents feel at home in our communities.We are looking to hire a Housekeeper Mid Night Shift Part time to join our team.This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas.Essential Functions:Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing PERSONAL QUALITIES:Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members Excellent time management skills Ability to identify issues before they occur QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry Exceptional customer service skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS:This position requires frequent Sitting, standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.WORK ENVIRONMENT:This position typically operates indoors with frequent exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material.REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION STATEMENT:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Job Type:Part-time Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
