Job Summary We are seeking a dependable part-time Housekeeper and cook to work two hours per day, five days per week.Successful candidates must have the ability to create a daily evening meal while providing caregiving and light kitchen/bedroom cleaning for a single-family home in the Sebastian Highlands area.Your dedication will directly contribute to the health and happiness of your client. Duties Report on time for each scheduled two-hour shift as agreed upon weekly Create a dinner / evening meal to fulfill nutritional requirements while also making sure client's dietary preferences are adhered to Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, bathrooms and bedroom (there is a weekly cleaning service in place so NO heavy-duty housekeeping is required!) Feed dog, wash water and food bowls and replenish clean water daily Walk dog daily; ensure cleanup using provided waste bags Do daily load of laundry, dry, fold and put away Uphold kitchen and bathroom sanitation standards by making sure floors, toilet and any used dishes, pots, utensils and appliances are cleaned daily May occasionally be required to drive client to doctor's appointments (use of client vehicle is available - or mileage reimbursement will be provided) Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to accomplish dinner prep and service, plus clean up, dog walk, & daily housekeeping duties Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards caregiving Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required A background check plus a clean driver's license is required.
