They are the foundation of our business and we do everything in our power to keep a happy, fun, and productive work environment.The starting wage is $19/hr (based on experience) and there is a $2 bonus per hour worked.Bonus is dependent on team members' ability to show up on time for scheduled shifts.We value experience and will consider it in wage negotiations.Purpose:To clean guest rooms and building interiors with a high degree of quality cleanliness.Supervise housekeeping department two days a week.Must be available to work weekends.Essential Functions:Clean rooms assigned for the day in an efficient manner Assist team members to complete all rooms to be cleaned for the day Additional Duties:Supervise the Housekeeping department.Additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or General Manager Additional work opportunities at sister property, Brio Beach Inn.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Physical ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds Good written and verbal skills to communicate to staff Ability to read and follow directions Benefits:Vacation time available after one year of full-time employment Snacks and drinks always available free to team members Hotel discounts available nationwide Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $19.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid time off Experience:Cleaning:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
