Housekeeper

General Summary:Provide deep and thorough cleaning of assigned resident rooms and other areas.Residential house cleaning.Renovation cleaning.Position Responsibilities:Clean and disinfect all bathrooms.Remove trash, vacuum, and check carpets for stains.Sweep and mop all floors as necessary.Clean windows inside and outside if possible.Dust and vacuum all furniture.Wipe down all baseboard, window sills, door frames, light switches, and ceiling fans.Clean all mirrors.Provide any service needed or requested that is considered in the normal duties of a housekeeper.This does not include jobs requiring the use of a ladder or heavy moving.Communication:Understands and adheres to department policy and procedures.Conducts himself/herself in a professional manner at all times Resolves conflicts respectfully and in a timely manner, asks for assistance as needed.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Qualifications/Job Functions:Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.Physical strength and stamina equal to heavy work.Ability to maintain high level of productivity for entire shift.Ability to work with elderly, be energetic, be a self-motivated self starter.Must be sympathetic to Christian tradition of PRC.Maintain a positive attitude of helpfulness towards our residents.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
