The Rose Apartments is currently seeking to hire a Housekeeper/ Porter a community in Northridge, CA (475 units total.) 6Star Properties is a privately owned management company! We are looking for motivated, relationship-driven, hardworking individual to join our team in a growing property management company! Summary:The Housekeeper/Porter will make sure unit turns are rent readyand ensure that the property are clean; maintain and enhance the value of the community, and contribute to the economic success of the property.Responsibilities:Inspect and clean property including restrooms, gyms, administration offices and common areas regularly.Ensure all vacant units are made 100% rent ready. Full-Time Position Weekends are required Must have a current and valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.Must have a good history of dependability and job performance.Required Education:High School Diploma or GED What's In It for You?
