Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including industrial cleaning, hospitality, and custodial services. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and standards to maintain high levels of hygiene. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields such as hospitality or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
