Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests and staff.In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various areas, ensuring every space meets high standards of hygiene and presentation.Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional experience for everyone who enters our facility.This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction and operational excellence.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, hallways, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Ensure all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and floors are spotless and well-maintained, including floor care tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and polishing Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy while delivering exceptional service Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest cleanliness standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing different types of flooring Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing extra care or attention Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial supplies is a plus Join us in creating inviting spaces that leave lasting impressions!
