Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team.In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and facility spaces.Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure our guests experience a welcoming and pristine environment at all times.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing when required.Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained for optimal performance.Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals to prevent hazards or damage.Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the management team promptly.Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or industrial cleaning tasks as needed.Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of cleaning equipment.Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.Prior custodial or industrial cleaning experience is advantageous; housekeeping management experience is a plus.Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
