Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our environment remains clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness standards across various spaces, creating a comfortable atmosphere for guests, residents, or staff.Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help uphold the highest levels of hygiene and orderliness, contributing to a positive experience for everyone who enters our facility.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, offices, or residential spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents Follow safety procedures and use proper handling techniques for cleaning chemicals and equipment Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and promptly address any cleanliness issues Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to established standards of quality and safety Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain overall facility standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeping responsibilities Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods Excellent attention to detail to ensure every space is spotless and well-maintained Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management is highly desirable Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly Join us in creating a pristine environment where comfort meets excellence!
