# Housekeeping Supervisor Location: Branson, MO, 65616 ## Position Title: BOH (Back-of-House) & Housekeeping Supervisor ## Summary: The BOH & Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, back-of-house facility management, staff supervision, and inventory control to ensure high cleanliness standards and efficient resort operations. ## Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring full coverage of guest rooms and public areas Manage cleanliness and organization of back-of-house spaces, including laundry and storage areas Schedule, train, and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance staff Conduct inspections and enforce quality standards across all areas Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships (including 1099 cleaning teams) Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational protocols Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly Maintain records, reports, and performance tracking metrics ## Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or facility operations preferred Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ## Expectations: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization Ensure efficient team performance and accountability Support overall guest satisfaction and resort operations
