Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is highly valued. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Assist in housekeeping management tasks as needed to support the overall operations. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
