Location:South Florida (Fort Lauderdale / Miami Area) Job Overview:White Square USA is a professional cleaning company providing high-quality services across South Florida, specializing in Airbnb turnovers, vacation rental cleaning, and commercial property cleaning.We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vacation rentals, Airbnb units, and commercial spaces are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared to the highest standards before guest arrivals.Our team takes pride in delivering hotel-level cleanliness and exceptional presentation, helping property owners provide a great guest experience.This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, efficient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Perform complete cleaning and preparation of Airbnb and vacation rental units between guest stays (turnover cleaning) Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces Change and replace linens, towels, and bedding Wash dishes and ensure kitchen areas are clean and organized Clean refrigerators, appliances, countertops, and cabinets Remove trash and follow proper waste disposal procedures Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, paper goods, and amenities Conduct final inspection of each property to ensure it meets company standards Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines when using cleaning products and equipment Maintain a professional appearance of properties for incoming guests Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping, Airbnb cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services preferred Experience cleaning vacation rentals or short-term rentals is a strong advantage Ability to follow structured cleaning checklists and procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with same-day turnovers Reliable transportation to travel between properties Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies when necessary Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety practices What We Offer Competitive pay per cleaning Consistent work with growing property portfolio Flexible scheduling Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding cleaning company About White Square USA White Square USA is a South Florida-based cleaning company specializing in Airbnb, vacation rental, and commercial cleaning services.Our mission is to help property owners maintain exceptional cleanliness standards that lead to better guest reviews, repeat bookings, and long-term success.Work Location:In person.
