Imagine a workplace where the pace feels welcoming, the setting is coastal and relaxed, and every day brings the chance to create memorable guest experiences.Our brand-new hotel in Beaufort, North Carolina offers a fresh, modern approach to hospitality in one of the state's most charming waterfront communities.We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to help maintain the high standards our guests expect from a new and growing property.Job Summary The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to established cleanliness and quality standards while providing friendly, responsive service to our guests.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to room priority and hotel standards.Maintain quality and cleanliness standards throughout all daily assignments.Respond professionally to guest requests and concerns, escalating issues when needed to ensure guest satisfaction.Follow all housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols.Observe proper use and handling of all cleaning chemicals and supplies.Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or room deficiencies promptly.Restock and return housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.Complete scheduled deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning projects.Maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms and guest information.Perform other duties as assigned.Tips included Qualifications Minimum of one year of cleaning experience.Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, supervisors, and co-workers.Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safe cleaning practices.Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.Ability to work independently while staying organized and detail focused.Familiarity with local attractions and activities is a plus and helps enhance the guest experience.Must have a clen back ground Pay:From $13.50 per hour Work Location:In person.
