Job Description: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for helping to ensure the housekeeping staff maintains the cleanliness and overall appearance of the guest rooms and surrounding corridors. When needed, the Supervisor/Inspector may also assist in cleaning rooms. Supervisors are also responsible to accommodate every guest’s reasonable needs and requests with a courteous and pleasant response in effort to create a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The person in this position must be able to roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed, living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy. This person must also provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.
