Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and managing waste properly Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident needs promptly and professionally Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards Assist with kitchen duties such as light cooking or food preparation when required for special events or resident needs Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings is highly preferred Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Experience in hotel housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Knowledge of laundry operations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning tools and supplies is advantageous Join us to be part of a team dedicated to creating clean, comfortable environments where people feel valued and cared for!
