Housekeeping Manager

Experienced housekeeping Manager who will train and supervise the team in every area of hotel housekeeping; knowledge of scheduling and controlling supply inventory. Must have a pleasant attitude and be a true team player. Assign housekeeping staff to specific shifts and room blocks based on abilities and daily requirements. Communicate repair needs to maintenance staff in a timely manner Complete schedules, shift reports and other business documentation. Manage team productivity and workflow to exceed quality standards. Work with front desk to respond promptly to all guest requests. Train and mentor all new personnel to maximize quality of service and performance . Maintain control over expenses and inventory for optimal budget tracking.. Utilize chemicals and cleaning equipment in accordance with safety protocols and proper operating standards. Evaluate employee performance and develop improvement plans. Place orders for housekeeping supplies and guest toiletries.
