Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning and maintenance team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, janitorial, or industrial cleaning, with proven leadership skills in housekeeping management.This role involves coordinating cleaning activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.The Housekeeping Manager will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests or clients while managing staff effectively.Responsibilities Full-time position; weekend and holiday availability required.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control procedures.Train new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.Oversee various cleaning tasks including general cleaning, floor care, and specialized industrial or hospitality cleaning projects.Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Address guest or client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance requests or special cleaning projects.Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality, hotel, or industrial cleaning sectors.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, custodial practices, and janitorial procedures.Experience with hospitality operations or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.Familiarity with safety standards related to industrial or commercial cleaning environments.Previous experience in training staff on proper cleaning methods and safety protocols is preferred.This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a dynamic team committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location:In person.
