Emerald Isle Realty's Housekeeping Department is hiring part-time Quality Assurance Inspectors for the summer season! Training is provided Attention to detail, neat appearance, and pleasant personality Must have dependable transportation - this position requires driving your own vehicle to and from properties, and mileage reimbursement at $15.00 per day is allocated. Smart phone required Lifting, standing, bending and reaching is required Assisting with cleaning as needed - inspecting will often require light to moderate cleaning! This is a seasonal part-time position. All work is performed on weekends (May - October) with the opportunity for weekday work, if desired by the candidate. We love working with our local educators, school system employees, and college students - we are understanding with your return to school schedule. Spanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and starting pay with this qualification is $19.00 hourly.
