Housekeeping Room Attendant

Heart of the House Hospitality is seeking experienced Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendants for our Wentzville, MO team.Housekeeper responsibilities include changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms.You will also address clients' queries and make sure our rooms are fully stocked, clean and always inviting.Come grow your housekeeping career with a team that is passionate about hospitality, putting people first, and safety.When you work for Heart of the House as a Housekeeper you will enjoy:A company that cares about you and supports your success A competitive salary with performance bonuses Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) plan with company match Health, dental and vision insurance Hotel Housekeeping Responsibilities:Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete daily assignments.Change bed linen and make beds.Replace used towels.Sweep and mop floors.Vacuum carpets Dust furniture Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo) Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.Address guests' queries (e.g., on additional services) Help guests retrieve lost items.Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift.Follow hotel security guidelines.Housekeeping Requirements:Hotel Housekeeping experience in the Hospitality Industry preferred Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred Flexibility to work weekends.Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.Excellent organization skills Ability to follow instructions.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $17.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
