Coleman Lake Club, Inc.Job Description - Food Server & Housekeeper The Coleman Lake Club is a private fishing and hunting club located on 10,000 acres in Northeastern Wisconsin.The Club prides it's staff on their excellence in serving our members and their families with friendly, authentic and energetic staff.The Club cooks and serves 3 sit down plated and/or family style meals at set times in the dining room and provides for picnic or take-out options, daily.We operate 2 different kitchens and dining rooms (2.5 miles from each other) on the property, serving over 6000 meals/season.Schedule:Seasonal Full-time:shifts normally are from 6:30AM until Done (usually 2:30 PM) Part-time work also available.Wages:$16-$18/hr plus end of season and holiday bonuses.If overtime is worked (more than 40 hrs.per week), you will receive 1 times your equivalent hourly rate of pay depending on the shift you are working when you go into or are in overtime.You will receive a disbursement from the bonus fund only if you work from the date of your hire or rehire until layoff at the end of the season.Position Overview:The food server position involves, but is not limited to, the serving of prepared meals in the dining facilities, necessary preparation for that service, washing and storing of the service ware used in that service, preparation of salad bar items and the cleaning of the dining room and kitchen areas assigned to you.The housekeeping position includes the above, but also includes the housekeeping of guest cabins and Clubhouse.Position Duties:Food Server:Check the members dining room to ensure properly set for the meal period you are working and for the meal period following your shift Set and check Salad bar table, Prepare backup salad items for your shift as well as for the following shift Greet members & their guests as they arrive in dining room, Clear each course, and re-set the tables for the next course Clean & Dry, all dishes, glassware, silverware and serving utensils.Put away these DRY items at the end of the meal period.Clean up your work and dishwashing areas.Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor or Club Manager POSITION DUTIES:Housekeeping:Daily cleaning in Club Cabin, Private Cabin or Clubhouse facility while being occupied.Clean Kitchen Wash, dry and put away all soiled glassware, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils Check ALL stocked food items and paper supplies Clean bathrooms; replace towels and change linens in bedrooms Dust, sweep, mop and vacuum cabins Empty all used waste paper baskets and take out trash and recycling And any other items as instructed.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Physical Setting:Casual dining restaurant Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
