Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee weekend cleaning operations within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff during weekend shifts, ensuring all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and thoroughly Assign daily tasks such as room cleaning, laundry, and custodial duties to team members based on priority and workload Monitor quality standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, providing coaching and feedback as needed Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance their experience and resolve any issues effectively Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in housekeeping or janitorial services within a hospitality or commercial setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and custodial practices Experience with hotel housekeeping operations or similar hospitality environments preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while managing multiple responsibilities effectively Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and infection control Join us in creating welcoming environments where cleanliness meets excellence!
