Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and oversee our housekeeping team. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities regularly to maintain cleanliness and quality standards and cleaning rooms. Manage scheduling, assign duties, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity. Oversee inventory control for cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment. Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Collaborate with other departments to meet overall hotel or facility objectives and enhance guest satisfaction. Pay: Based on the experience Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
