We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in supporting our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas Ensure all linens, towels, and supplies are stocked and properly stored Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing amenities, and reporting repairs needed Maintain cleanliness of service areas, storage closets, and equipment Support with moving furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning or maintenance purposes Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special needs or requests Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or maintenance preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth within our hotel.
